Hubungan Peran Kader Posyandu, Peran Tenaga Kesehatan dan Jumlah Kunjungan Ibu Balita Ke Posyandu Dengan Kejadian Stunting Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Titi Papan
Abstract
Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by many factors, and is occurring in the world, especially in developing countries. It is called stunting, stunting occurs as a result of long-lasting conditions such as poverty, inappropriate parenting behavior, and recurring illnesses due to sanitation. which is not good. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of posyandu cadres, the role of health workers, and the number of visits by mothers of toddlers to posyandu with the incidence of stunting. This research method is quantitative with correlational type and total sampling techniques as well as Pearson correlation statistical tests. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between the role of Posyandu cadres, the role of health workers, and the number of visits by mothers of toddlers to Posyandu with the incidence of stunting, where the variable of the role of cadres has a significant value or p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), the variable of the role of health workers with the incidence of stunting. has a value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), and the variable number of visits by mothers of toddlers to the posyandu has a value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the role of posyandu cadres, the role of health workers, and the number of visits by mothers of toddlers to posyandu, with the incidence of stunting in the working area of the Medan Titi Papan health center.
Abstrak
Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, dan sedang terjadi di dunia khususnya di negara- negara berkembang disebut stunting, kejadian stunting terjadi akibat dari suatu keadaan yang berlangsung lama seperti kemiskinan, perilaku pola asuh yang tidak tepat, dan penyakit berulang karena sanitasi yang kurang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran kader posyandu, peran tenaga kesehatan, dan jumlah kunjungan ibu balita ke posyandu dengan kejadian stunting. Metode Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional dan teknik total sampling serta uji statistic korelasi pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada Hubungan Peran Kader Posyandu, Peran Tenaga Kesehatan, dan Jumlah Kunjungan Ibu Balita ke Posyandu dengan Kejadian Stunting, dimana variabel peran kader memiliki nilai signifikan atau p = 0,000 (p< 0,05), variabel peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kejadian stunting memiliki nilai p = 0,000 (p< 0,05), dan variabel jumlah kunjungan ibu balita ke posyandu memperoleh nilai p = 0,000 (p< 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara peran kader posyandu, peran tenaga kesehatan, dan jumlah kunjungan ibu balita ke posyandu, dengan kejadian stunting di wilayah kerja puskesmas Titi Papan Medan.
