Indonesian Trust Health Journal began with volume 1, no. 1, in 2018, with a website (open journal system) and Indonesian-language manuscripts. The journal is published twice a year, with 10 papers in each edition. The journal is managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of STIKes Murni Teguh

Indonesian Trust Health Journal was accredited SINTA 5 (ARJUNA) by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia on December 27, 2021 with Number 164/E/KPT/2021.

The change of website domain in 2024 was due to the change of publishing institution from previously STIKes Murni Teguh to Murni Teguh University, in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Number 624/E/O/2023 concerning the permit for the merger of STIKes Murni Teguh and Indonesian Accounting and Management College (STAMI)  into Murni Teguh University. 

The journal uses a new template starting with the 2025 edition, which is included in the author guidelines and changes to the display of website information (open journal system) using English.
