Submitted manuscripts will first be reviewed by the editor. The manuscript will be evaluated to determine whether it aligns with the focus and scope of the Indonesian Trust Health Journal, whether the author adheres to the journal's guidelines, and whether the article is similar to previously published articles. Manuscripts will be sent to reviewers (Double Blind Review) within three weeks.

The review process consists of checking: 1) the relevance and novelty of the article within its field, 2) its overall structure and readability, 3) methodology and use of sources, and 4) the content's adherence to the template. Reviewer comments will then be forwarded to the author for necessary action and response. The author will make revisions based on the reviewer's comments.

Recommended decisions will be evaluated at an editorial board meeting. Afterward, the editor will send a final decision to the author. Using feedback from the review process, the editor will make the final decision for publication. The review process will take approximately four to twelve weeks. Decision categories include: 1) Reject the manuscript, 2) Revise with major revisions, 3) Revise with minor revisions, 4) Accept without revisions.
